MARK A. SCHULZ
Mark Schulz draws on more than twenty (20) years of experience representing individuals and businesses. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and wealth building; probate and administration of living trusts; real estate transactions; and business and commercial transactions.
Mark is known for his common sense and pragmatic approach to the law. In real estate and business transactions, he finds ways to complete the deal. In estate planning and probate, he minimizes or eliminates taxes to increase family wealth.
Mark has concentrated in these areas after devoting the earlier years of his practice to civil and criminal litigation. When his clients face litigation, he has the experience and ability to represent his clients in state and federal courts.
Mark was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 9, 1954. His undergraduate training was eclectic: he earned distinction in his major fields of Russian and political science at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa in 1976. He studied in Italy. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1979.
Mark and his wife, Karen, live in Milton with their four children. He is an active lay leader of his church and serves with a number of community and charitable organizations.
